The card and the news have to do with each other so I can have a cohesive post. But, if you know me...that won't happen. Anyway...I signed up to participate in a Bella Birthday Swap. I make 5 bella or fella birthday cards and get 5 back. Good idea, right? I thought so too! LOL! Anyway, I decided to take two spots and use one fella and one bella. The card today is what I came up with for Golfafella. I thought it would be good to use that stamp so then I'll have Jon's birthday card already for next month! Double duty stampin...gotta love it! Anyway, I used Golfafella and the birthday saying that accompanies it and the Bella sketch for the week which can be found HERE. I didn't use much for accessories because guys don't like that kind of thing. Jon will think I'm stretching it with the ribbon but the gifts will take his thoughts away from that anyway! I used the Wild Wasabi double stitched ribbon sort of as grass on the main image. What do you think? Good or silly?The news is...I am going to be a moderator on the Bellaholics Anonymous yahoo group that I belong to!
I'll be answering questions about the group when they come up. It will be so fun to be more involved with the group. I belong to several yahoo groups and I have to honestly say that the Bellaholics group is the best one. There has never been any sort of the in group fighting that sometimes happens. Only encouragement, excitement, and Bella! So, that is kinda cool, right? I know that I'm excited and hope that I will do a good job!
