Each year at Christmas time we have a staff lunch at work. Typically not everyone on staff can attend but it is just about the only time that we can all get together in one place for a social event. I try to make something each year...okay, I think I'm going to make something each year (although for a couple of years thinking is all I've done) to place at each person's spot and this year...I actually did it! They are little but I think it is the perfect little something. I made some Hershey's kiss holders. As you know from the previous post that showed them they hold 4 Hershey's kisses. These I made with Real Red card stock, Dashing Designer Paper, and Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon.
Of course I needed something to carry the holders so I put together the bag from the Winter Bright Extravaganza CD that I got from Erika Martin. It is so easy just like the rest of the projects she has on her CD. You just start with a white paper bag, add some paper and accents from the Winter Bright Simply Scrappin' Kit and you are all set to go! I added little 1/2" reinforcers to my handle to help make the bag strong enough to carry 12 of the little Hershey's kiss holders. Sorry the pictures aren't the best. I was taking them at night and my stamping area is only well lit in one specific area.
Are you making any Christmas projects right now? Link them in the comments section so I can see them too!
Have a fantastic Monday everyone!
