So...are you following along or doing the Made to Crave study with us or another group? How was your week? I have definitely figured out that stress makes me want to eat all the wrong things and I'll be honest I gave in when I shouldn't have but I have learned valuable lessons this past week that I'll be able to put into play during stressful situations in the future.
