Morning friends (unless you are looking at this at night 'cuz I pushed the wrong button then...good evening!). I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Last night was a frustrating night in my stamp room but I have a card to show you.
Now, I do not want to hear you laughing at this card! I chose the challenge this week and it was to be embossing with our Cuttlebug. Well, I used a Cuttlebug folder and my Big Shot but you get the idea. I wanted to try a new to me technique with the double embossing on the card and thought it would be nice to use one of the stamps that I got from Dani through her Ippity business. The patterned paper under the embossed area is from SEI. I do have a favorite part of this card and that is the inside. The simplicity of the 'thanks" (like it says on the front...go figure) and the paper are just perfect together, I think at least.
Now, I'm sure Dani has an amazing card so make sure you click HERE to see it and don't forget to check out the {ippity} stamps she has for sale! Oh, and make sure you stop by tomorrow as my card for the Scrap-Creations Challenge is looking pretty good!
Now, go...have a wonderful day!

Very nice card, Lori. Love the double embossing! One of my favorite techniques. I haven't done it for a while.
awesome card Lorie!
did you stop selling stampin up?
Ack, gotta run, I'm late! But love your card here! I wanna know how you "emboss" with your Nesties--I've never tried that! Have a tutorial? Maybe you said, I had to SKIM real quick through it. Will check back later. And I'll check in with Dani too. Have a great day!
LOVE this card! I have no idea how to do that, but this card is wonderful. I love how you carried the theme to the inside as well. Great stamp on the front!
Lovely effect from the embossing!
No laughing here...I think the card is GORGEOUS!!! :)
OOOOh! I really like the double embossing and the inside, too! I haven't branched out into dry embossing yet, but it looks stunning on cards, so maybe I will :)
