Now, I'm sure you've all heard of the Oregon Trail...right? Well, that is where we visited today. We did lots of walking and learned lots of really neat stuff. I really liked the museum in the Interpretive Center and the talk about Bison the best today. Although the view...the view was beautiful! I'll just let you know that the website I'm linking you to is through the Bureau of Land Management. I don't love it so I hope you find your way around easily.
Deal of the Day...Creative Xpress has the new Cuttlebug folders in stock! Go check them out! Oh, and don't forget to check out the players for the Belli Challenge this week by linking to their blogs from my side bar!

=) Hi Lorie--so, where exactly did you go on the Oregon Trail...Baker City?? I've been to the museum and Interpretive Ctr. there--years ago. I live not too far from there in Madras, OR. My kids LOVE going to the High Desert Museum in Bend. We did that earlier this summer. Well, sounds like you had fun and lots of walking! =)

I have killed sooo many friends and family on the Oregon Trail.... the video game that is. ;) We used to play it in middle school, and I mentioned it to dh a few times and he bought me the current version for my pc. I'll still give it a whirl every now and then. lol.
Ohhhh enjoy your trips! Sounds like fun! I have never been there but love doing those historical trips!!! It is a great way for my kids to learn about History and makes it MUCH more interesting than reading in a Text book! TFS!
