So...last month when PaperTrey released their new sets I bought two. You've seen one of the cards from the Everyday Blessings set. This is from the Shapes By Design set. I wanted to participate in the SCS color challenge for this week, which is Purely Pomegranate, Basic Black, and Basic Grey. This is what I came up with. A couple of things you probably cannot see in this picture are the scoring at the bottom of the white and around the Purely Pomegranate base. Also, there is some clear glitter pen on all of the black circles. I love the simplicity of this card. Sometimes you just need to send a little not and this is perfect! Check out Nichole's blog post today to see the designer paper they are going to be releasing on Saturday. It is gorgeous!
We have a rainy dreary day today but I'm still in a good mood about it. It is almost Friday and then next week is spring break...woohoo! Oh, and I got some great mail today that you'll get to see soon. I also received my order of card scents! Go to www.card-scents.com to see what I'm talking about. My cards are about to be taken up a notch! And, guess what else? I went to the dentist today and no new cavities! Woohoo! I have to have one filling replaced because I broke it but other than that...I'm good to go!
I have faith that you've all had a great day so far today and I hope it only gets better for you! Happy Thursday and I'll see you tomorrow!
