Well, my new computer is up and running but, unfortunately, the PC to PC transfer did not work the way Dell said it would and my Outlook Express contacts did not transfer. If you have my CHARTER e-mail address (not my yahoo address, please) will you please e-mail me at that Charter e-mail address so that I can add you into my contacts again. Also, if you know anything about PC to PC transfer from Dell please let me know as I'm very frustrated at this point.
Also, I don't have any photo editing software on the new computer yet (waiting for the $30 coupon from Costco to go into effect on the 21st of this month) so please be patient with my photos as I'll have to hook up the other computer in another room so that I can edit photos, save them on a memory stick and then bring them to my new computer.

If you still have access to your old PC: Open Outlook go to tools/options/maintenance/store folder. That should tell you where all the information is stored. Save that file on a jumpstick etc. Open Outlook in your new computer and import from there. Good Luck!!!
