File Folder Book

Awhile back I saw that Taylor was selling a very cool File Folder Book kit. Well, I just had to have one for myself because I LOVED hers! I just got mine in the mail a couple of days ago so I had to take measurements (so I can make more of them!) and make my Book!

Isn't it just gorgeous?! The kit came with the file folder pre-scored for me, all the paper pre-cut and labeled so I knew which piece went where. The only thing I needed to do is add some stamping on a couple of panels. I think the circle panel (panel 3) looks okay and the front looks great (I think!), but I'm not in love with the first inside panel's stamping. Also, I should have gotten a little closer photo for you so you could see it better because the paper is just beautiful! I don't know what it is but if I could find more I would! The pull out panels say...Dreams, Family Traditions, Memories, and We Are Family. Oh, and the SU! Chocolate Satin Ribbon keeping it all together...amazing! You should order some before the Holiday Mini expires...I guarantee you won't be disappointed in it!

I'm going to send this one to the Chemo Patient that I angel for her 40th birthday. Don't you think that this is perfect for a 40th birthday? I'm trying to decide on what else I should send her so if you have any suggestions please let me know!

Hope your Tuesday has been great! See you tomorrow!

Great job Lori! I received mine in the mail yesterday and I can't wait to make it! I'm with you, I have to take notes so I can duplicate it later.

Taylor has put the instructions on how to make this folder on her blog. Go check it out. It looks quite easy and I can't wait to try it! TayloredExpressions.blogspot.com

As Debby and I said you can go to Taylor's blog and see it. There is a link in this post to easily get to her blog where you'll see the directions!

If you could see the pile of folders I have after trying this out today; I don't know if my folders are an abnormal measurement, but they never came out even! UGH - I must be doing something wrong but I swore I tried everything! Anyhoo, try try again ;O)
