Happy Friday everyone! I hope you've had a wonderful week and that you have fun things planned for this weekend. Me? No big plans but definitely some crafting is planned!Today's card is made with a digital stamp from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps that was released last Friday. It is called Tulips appropriate, huh? When I saw this week's Clean and Simple card sketch I knew it would work perfectly for these tulips so I got to work coloring them up to coordinate with patterned paper from this month's TE key ingredient kit
. I will admit that the sentiment isn't quite where I wanted it because I got ahead of myself and assembled the card prior to stamping the sentiment. I am still very happy with this card!I also took a close up shot of the card so you could see my coloring and the little bit of sparkle that I added. I know...I know tulips don't have glitter but I wanted to add just a little bit of sparkle to my card and it looks really subtle and pretty in real life! I will also be entering this into Stamp Something's challenge this week which is Spring Something.
I love that my tulips are coming up here at home. My husband also mentioned to me that we might get to go to the tulip festival in a town a couple of hours away this year. I've been wanting to do that for some time now so I hope it will all work out!
Just because I know you love this image I thought I'd let you all know that all of SNSS digital images are 30% off until the end of the month! That's right...just check it out HERE. Pretty cool, huh?
Well, that is it from me for today. I hope you'll stop back tomorrow as I have something exciting to share with you!
Have a super Friday!
