stationery box

Good morning stampers! Today I'm excited to show you my Stationery Box. I had been seeing these boxes around the Internet for some time now and when Jenn was putting together a kit with video tutorial...I knew I had to purchase one just to see how this all went together. I am so thrilled that I did invest in this as I see MUCH potential for gifts and such. As a matter of fact...I'll be making at least one more of these for Todd's mom's birthday that is coming up soon!

Jenn's kit was just chock full of options for the designer paper. Some of her direction I followed and in some areas I kind of did my own thing. All said and done I have about 4 full pieces of
designer paper left over...plenty for another box. I would just need to add a couple of my own supplies and I'd be all set. You'll see on the inside there is a spot for A2 cards (regular size), tags, and note cards. I am still going to go ahead and stamp out little labels for the "notes" and "tags" areas as I think that will look cute as well as add stamps on the little stamp holder on the right hand side on the bottom.

Lastly, is a picture of just a couple of the cards that I made for the box. There are two A2 size, 3 note card size, and 3 tags. This is another case where I was trying not to use too much of my own stuff and just use mostly what was in the kit that Jenn provided.

Pretty neato project huh? I would definitely recommend that you contact Jenn if you'd like to know more about purchasing this kit (I cannot send you links to the videos so please do not ask). I'm actually thinking about putting together a class for this so if you are reading this and are in town please let me know if you are interested (nope no time or price yet) by posting a comment or shooting me an e-mail.

A couple of weeks back I asked you guys if you needed any Pampered Chef and I had three people order...thank you so much you guys! I also offered up a pack of hostess designer paper to one person that ordered and my friend here in town, Jen has won that pack of paper. So, Jen, hopefully I'll remember to bring it to church on Sunday! If not...please remind me, k?

Since this is a super long post today I think I'll stop right here. I hope that you all have a super Monday! I think I'll go get myself another cup of coffee!
